A Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Choo Neo holds an MBA from the Hull University Business School in 1996. Her broking practice is dedicated to crafting initiatives for portfolio building and product development for insurance retailers and agencies.

She co-founded Asia Pacific Reinsurance Brokers Pte Ltd in 1987 and re-established it as PWS Asia Pacific Reinsurance Brokers Pte Ltd. In 1997 she led a management buy-out, renaming the enterprise Ikatan Asia Pacific Reinsurance Brokers Pte Ltd.

Choo Neo started in retail broking with the Stenhouse Leow Group which included brief stints in Bangkok and London. She entered reinsurance broking in the early 90s with Sten Re (renamed Sterling Offices).

She has served in various capacities on the committees and editorial services for various market institutions and was the Founder-Chairperson of the Reinsurance Brokers’ Association (1997-1999).

Choo Neo has a wide range of interests from TMF events; rabbinical reads; System 4 architecture to YPS works.
